The rolling mill used at this time is the hot rolling equipment The hot rolling mill has a wide range of functions. Its model number is named according to the diameter of the roll. The main models of hot rolling mills as follow: 250*420*520*550, etc.
The Rolling mills usually devided into three groups as Roughing Mill, Intermediate Mill and Finishing Mill. This all three groups contains several numbers of rolling mills. For example first group (RM) usually consists of 5-8 and so on it depends on size of Billet and desire final products dimentions.
The Size for billet can be also various but the most popular is 150*150*6000 or 12000 mm. Final product dimension is from Ø 5 - 36 mm.
